The Portage Medical Center Foundation Board would like to thank you for your continued support of our annual Volunteer Leadership Campaign. Your expertise and passion for UH are essential to our success, and your continued support of our campaign shows that those closest to UH believe in its mission and long-term success.

Gifts made to the UH Portage Medical Center Foundation Leadership Innovation Fund will be directed to support our pulmonary health care clinic - the only one in Portage County. UH Portage plans to expand the pulmonary suite and replace outdated equipment in preparation for a new pulmonary physician who will treat the increased number of patients who need this specialized care. The demand for these services has increased following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your gift will support this expansion of service locally in Portage County and will ensure a safe, comfortable, state of the art space for pulmonary patients to receive the highest level pulmonary care possible close to home.
