UH Rainbow Babies & Children's was founded in 1887 by nine young women who imagined bright futures for young people. Like those dedicated founders, our commitment remains undaunted. Because of You, we will build on our exceptional, family-centered care model, expand access, lead pediatric research and support our caregivers on the front lines so children can meet their full potential.
UH Launches Mobile OB Imaging Unit
University Hospitals has launched a Mobile OB Imaging Unit to increase access to advanced pregnancy health screenings across Northeast Ohio. The mobile unit will be stationed at a variety of convenient, UH locations across the region to offer OB ultrasounds by maternal fetal medicine specialists. The UH Mobile OB Unit was made possible thanks to a significant gift from the Lozick Family Foundation, with additional support from FirstEnergy Foundation, Lincoln Electric Foundation and Sherwin-Williams Foundation.
