UH Ahuja Medical Center Funding Initiative

University Hospitals has an extraordinary commitment to the patient experience -- delivering compassionate, personalized care that goes beyond treatment, making every interaction an opportunity to listen, understand, and uplift and ensuring that each patient feels seen and valued. Funds directed to the UH Ahuja Medical Center Leadership Innovation Fund will be utilized to support development of a patient experience initiative at UH Ahuja to assist staff in their effort to care for the whole person, walking alongside our patients every step of the way.

UH Conneaut and Geneva Medical Centers Funding Initiatives

• Fund ongoing capital improvements and equipment needs
• Investing in staff development and retention through funding education and training initiatives.

UH Geauga Medical Center Funding Initiatives

• In 2025, we plan to fund our continuing education program for UH Geauga nurses. From the Emergency Department to inpatient care in various hospital units, our nurses deliver the highest quality care close to home in our community.
