Volunteer Leadership Campaign

UH Eye Institute Leadership Council

Thank you for participating in another successful Volunteer Leadership Campaign. Your sustained commitment, expertise and passion for UH is vital to our success as we continue to serve our community. And your continued support of our annual Volunteer Leadership Campaign will show that those closest to UH believe in its mission and long-term success.

Our 2023 funding initiative focused on our Surgical Innovation and Training Facility (SSITF). The UH Suburban Health Center on Green Road in South Euclid will be home to the SSITF, a state-of-the-art, innovative space in which our talented residents and fellows will learn from renowned experts in performing cutting-edge surgical techniques. This will allow our training operations to expand to 2,000 square feet and will feature professional-grade surgical equipment and microscopes. Working side-by-side, UH’s internationally recognized team of experts will pass on their knowledge to the next generation of physician-scientists, thereby raising the caliber, expertise, and abilities of tomorrow’s vision leaders while also honing their own skills as technology develops and techniques are enhanced in the field of eye care both today and tomorrow.
