About Rainbow Babies and Children's Foundation

Rainbow Babies & Children's Foundation is a supporting organization of University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's. The Foundation is a committed, creative and entrepreneurial board that advocates for children and generates financial, corporate and community support for the mission of UH Rainbow Babies & Children's.

UH Rainbow Babies & Children's is a full-service pediatric hospital and academic medical center solely dedicated to the health care needs of children. A global leader in child health, UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital was ranked in nine pediatric specialties in U.S. News & World Report. Most notably, Rainbow ranked No. 7 nationally – and best in Ohio – for neonatology. An additional three Rainbow specialties were recognized among the top 20: orthopedics, neurology & neurosurgery, and pulmonology.

Ride the Rainbow celebrates the achievements of our nationally recognized hospital and serves as its premiere fundraising event. Proceeds from this event support people and programs that help make UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s a special place, including Child Life, child health policy, pediatric surgical subspecialties, endowed chairs and the new Rainbow Center for Women & Children. Your participation in Ride the Rainbow supports the mission of University Hospitals: To Heal. To Teach. To Discover.
