Ride the Rainbow 2026: A Legacy of Healing for the Future of Care, presented by Serpentini Auto Group, was held on Saturday, April 25 at Cleveland Public Auditorium. Rainbow Babies & Children’s Foundation’s signature biennial event raised more than $1.8 million to support the vital work of UH Rainbow Babies & Children's.

Led by event co-chairs and Rainbow Babies & Children’s Foundation trustees Erin Connor Reif and Michelle Wesley Licata, Ride the Rainbow included dinner and dancing, a live auction and a special appearance by UH Rainbow Babies & Children's patients Samantha, Henry and Trey, who shared their UH experience.

For Marissa Kiefer, President, UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s and UH MacDonald Women’s Hospital; Patti DePompei, RN, MSN, Distinguished Chair in Women’s and Children’s Healthcare Leadership, the patient testimonials were the highlight of the evening.

“Each of their journeys is unique, but together they reflect the heart of Rainbow care,” she said. “We help guide children and families through complex medical challenges so kids can grow, thrive and pursue active, meaningful lives. From advanced genetic and orthopedic care to innovative cancer therapies and lifelong specialty support, this is care that goes beyond treatment — it opens doors to possibility.”

If you were unable to attend, it's not too late to make a gift to support Ride the Rainbow!
