Allison, who is the Thomas and Nancy Seitz Lead Innovation Strategist, serves as critical liaison between UH Ventures and UH Ahuja, focusing on service design and clinical innovation to positively impact patient experience, safety, quality and value.

Thanks to a gift from Tom and Nancy Seitz, Allison bridges opportunities identified at UH Ahuja with solutions sourced and vetted through the UH Ventures innovation engine. She partners closely with senior leadership at UH Ahuja to manage, continuously evaluate, and advance projects and programs.

Within UH Ventures, Allison partners with team members to look for and prioritize opportunities that can be piloted, tested, and measured at the UH Eastern market.
