Birdies for Kids: Top Golfers Swing Big for UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital

“I’m in control of cancer now. Cancer
is not in control of me,” says
Jake Totten, left, a patient at
UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital.
Jake recently met PGA TOUR player
Jason Dufner (left) to kick off
Birdies for Kids, a fundraiser
benefiting pediatric care.

The World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational has partnered with University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and Akron Children’s Hospital, along with Brandt Snedeker, Jason Dufner and Ben Curtis – PGA TOUR players with ties to Northeast Ohio – to lead Birdies for Kids, an exciting fundraising opportunity. In addition to a pledge of $100,000 to each hospital, the tournament will donate $50 ($25 per hospital) for every birdie, eagle and double that Curtis, Dufner, and Snedeker make during the 2015-16 PGA TOUR season through June 26, 2016.

Please support Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and Birdies for Kids by making your donation today.
