Philanthropy Funds New UH Rainbow Center for Women & Children
University Hospitals recently joined together with the city of Cleveland and community members to break ground on the UH Rainbow Center for Women & Children, a three-story, 40,000 square-foot outpatient health care center in Cleveland's MidTown neighborhood. The $24 million project is largely funded through philanthropy.
Pajamas for Patients
Miss Ohio's Outstanding Teen 2015 Emily Krejci, along with other members of the North Royalton High School Key Club, led a drive to collect and donate more than 60 pairs of pajama bottoms for trauma patients at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. The cozy jammies will provide comfort to pediatric patients who must spend the night at UH following a trip to the emergency room.
