Captain American Premiere for Rainbow Patient
Hollywood came to Cleveland for the premiere of “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” filmed here in 2013. For one special boy and his mother, it was more than just a movie – it was a special night out on the town. Rainbow’s “Superhero for a Day” grand-prize raffle winner Lisa Arnold and her son, Bobby, 15, were guests of honor and received red carpet treatment with a limousine ride to dinner and the movie. Born with a neuromuscular disease, Bobby, a Rainbow patient, wasn’t expected to live past his third birthday. That’s why winning the Ride the Rainbow raffle and being king for a day was extra special. Tickets were donated by Cleveland’s own Joe and Anthony Russo, brothers who directed the film.
